This poem rips from my soul, through my fingers, onto the keys, through the invisible wires to share with my fellow humans, taking part of my heart with it on its journey.
The gasping beauty of snowstorms was inlaid on my child-heart by a mother who loved them too. All my life, snow and wind will bring me intense joy, through this gift she gave me.
Life can bring such deep sadness, but if a person is dearly loved, nothing can ever truly overwhelm them. So it is with me, loved by my husband.
This poem screams from my life experiences, pleading to be shared.
Writing in the same room with my husband is one of my most intense and pure joys of life. He is so very dear, and writing is so much fun!
I have been in love with the same man since I was still eleven years old, and he was not yet a man. Many lifetimes have jolted us back and forth, but our love for each other has remained steady and firm. What a gift this is!

This is a tribute to the man I have loved since childhood, my dear husband. I expect I will feel the same when I am ninety. He brings out the girl in me still.
A lovely and tender experience my sweetheart and I had last summer - a second honeymoon twenty-three years after the first - and infinitely sweeter!
