This Poem is about a guy friend of mine by the name of Brian. We have been friends for a while, but there were some things that had gotten into the way of our friendship and I wrote this poem after we were not friends anymore.
I know now that the reason why I have missed him so much is the fact that I love him and I have feelings for him. So this is just my way of telling him that I love him more then life.

This poem was written for someone very special to me. We began as friends, and are now working our way towards something more. I have started to fall in love with this special person, and as I am not good at expressing my feelings verbally, I put the pen to the paper, so to speak. The poem may be classified as a love poem or as a poem about love and friendship. It describes something we have all felt at one time or another.
I have always been a person who chose to write about my feelings rather than to discuss them.
Basically, I had been friends with this person for less than a year, but I knew that this was something different and something so much better than anything I have ever felt before. Before I knew it, I had fallen in love and now all I can do and think about is how lucky I truly am. I dedicate this to you - I hope you know that (you know who you are).

This poem is about a very special man, a friend I have known for a long time (11 years). We now are more than friends, and he means the world to me. He has been my friend, supported me, now is my lover, and will be my life partner. This is how I see this man, how I feel about him - through my eyes.
The reason that I wrote this poem is that I had a lot of feelings and thoughts inside that I needed to let out. I have had a lot of GUY friends, but with one in particular I crossed the line. Our friendship has never been the same. Yes, we are still friends; but I find myself wondering what our friendship would be like if we had not crossed that line and gone too far. It might have been better - or would it be worse? I will never know.
This poem was written for a friend whom I've known for 12 years. After all those years, we got together one day. We sat and talked, we looked at each other and a spark grew between us. The next thing you know we were kissing, and the feelings we had for each other all those years finally came out. We both discovered that we had the same feelings for each other all those years but we kept them to ourselves, never hinting to the other how much we really cared and wanted each other so much. It was like something out of a romance novel. But let me tell you, it was the most beautiful day of our lives.
This was written to a man with whom I fell deeply in love. We met and became friends; then during a very disturbing event, discovered that our feelings were much more complex. Timidly, we explored them, and opened the gates to a love filled with splendor.
This poem expresses my feelings towards a really good friend that I am terribly in love with. She enjoys the beach, and we have spent time together talking and walking, watching the magnificent mass of water. I wrote this poem thinking of the future, in the hopes that one day we will end up spending our lives together on the water's edge.
Not really a poem. More of a poetic story about how I met a wonderful girl who brought me out of my protective walls. She is my best friend, but now I've fallen in love with her. Sadly, she does not share the same feelings for me. And she may never be willing to. So I wait outside the walls of her heart hoping against hope that one day she will let me in.
I wrote this for her but I have not yet shown it to her. Maybe I never will.

I wrote this poem about a girl who is my best friend. We have never had any romantic experiences, but through the years I've known her, I've fallen madly in love with her. She kind of knows this, but I don't know how she feels about it.
