When I was a chat host on AOL the chat room I hosted in was a very tight- knit group. We formed bonds that last until this day. :} This was specifically written for all my friends from Urban Legends.

I wrote this poem for a very special friend.

This poem, written when I was 13 years old, was for one of best friends - to let him know exactly what he was to me and why I needed him in my life.

The closeness between my best friend and me seemed indescribable. Neither of us can find words to describe the connection we have. In writing this poem I feel I have come closer than ever before.

From time to time, we all get a little lost. Our friends are the only line we have to guide us back.

Always take the time to appreciate those who are always there. A best friend is very important. They understand and love you no matter what.

This poem was written to bring to life an experience with a gentleman that passed through my life and left me touched. If I see him again or not, it was a very special moment. This poem emphasizes the important of special moments and to appreciate them no matter how long or short they are.

I have a friend who has touched my heart and touched my soul. We have known each other since Jr. High, but we did not have contact with each other for 22 years. We had a close bond of friendship back when we were kids, and we have found that our bond was never broken.

Today - She is my true best friend, and she has been there for me in both good times and bad. I have never known someone with a heart as big as hers, and I am very thankful that I have her in my life again now. Thank you, Susie, for being who and what you are!
