I wrote this for a very special person I met on the net. He always is there for me and I wanted to let him know that I love him for all the nights he has unselfishly spent just listening to my problems

Friends are a wonderful gift in this life, and when you find someone that shares the same passions it's truly a gift from God - two souls that share a common desire. I have never seen my piano mans face, nor heard his voice, but the desires we share are the same. This friendship was made through the Internet .

He who can teach someone to see a million miles with their feet planted firmly on the ground, surely deserves the honor of being called a friend. And that is exactly what he did..

This is a short poem about my feelings for a friend I met on the Internet and although we have never met in person and maybe never will he has become my "best friend." Although it is short and unpolished, it's my feelings.

After a long chat online, I was inspired to write this about how just plain talking can help brighten your outlook and see some things in a different light. It was an excellent 4. 5 hour chat session and I feel that this poem summarizes it (and the feelings it gave me) pretty well.

For you see my friend has Leukemia, And although this is a hard disease to have he has found the courage to go on. So this poem is to him, my Best Friend.
