I wrote this poem when I was going through a really bad patch in life. I thought that no one ever understood me and that I was totally different to everyone else. It's not a very long poem, but it's all my feelings in words.

I wrote this poem because I was tired of all these things people want you to be, this image the world burns into our minds about how we should be, how we should look, turning us into robots. But I won't! Some people, some of them friends, say I am weird, and I think I like it. It proves to me, that I dare to be different.

The poem is about being different, and others seeing you as being nothing, cause you don't look or act, or care about the same things they do.

What would you do if you found your little sister in your makeup, with mascara globbed on her lashes, and lipstick smeared on her lips and teeth as she smiled at you from the bathroom mirror?

I wrote this poem, "Screams of Frustration" after studying The Holocaust in English class. I could not believe how a war like that could have happened and so many people were murdered. My heart was so sad for the many people who died, so I decided to write a piece of poetry in dedication to them.

War is hell and I sincerely hope nothing like that tragedy happens again.
