I sit here thinking alone in the rain,
thinking of my sorrow, misery, and pain.
I sit here listening to the thunder crashing down,
knowing my life is better when youre around.
As I sit here watching the storm roll on,
all I think about is you, and how you are gone.
As I look at the dark clouds above,
I sit here and wonder whom youre thinking of.
Its like the sky is crying and I am too,
thinking of how Im missing you.
I miss your hugs and gentle touch,
and the way you tell me you care for me so much.
I miss the way you kiss me and make me feel,
I hope when you come back your feelings are still real.
Now as I look up at the clear sky above,

When you think you're in love you can't think about anything else. And everything reminds you of that person, this is about a rainstorm making me think about the person that I loved.

i really liked your poem beacause i can relate to it. i met this guy but he doesnt live next to me and it kills me not being able to see and the more i miss him the more my feelings for him grow. I think im inlove but i dont know how to tell him that. Maybe this peom will build up my confidence and ill be able to. i think i really do love him but i dont know how to satrt tellin him this. - Claudia |

I really loved your poem. I can relate to it in a many of ways. I moved last year for a couple of months and I met someone very special to me. All I can do is think about him. He is leaving to go overseas(he's in the army) and all I can think about is how I miss him so much. Your poem means alot to me and has inspired me and my thoughts of him now mean even more, Thanx - Briana |

THE REASON I LIKED THIS POEM WAS BECAUSE I CAN REALLY RELATE TO IT. YOU SEE I HAVE A SWEETIE THAT HAS MOVED AWAY AND SAID SHE WOULD BE BACK IN A COUPLE OF YEARS BECAUSE HER DAD IS IN THE MILITARY. AND I OFTEN STARE AT THE RAIN LIKE THIS POEM MINSIONS AND CONSTANTLY THINK OF HER. WE TALK ON THE PHONE VERY RARELY SO I WANTED TO SEND HER A POEM THAT SAID EXACTLY WHAT I FELT AND SENSE I CAN'T RYME VERY GOOD I'M GOING TO SEND HER THIS ONE AND I'M SURE SHE WILL LOVE IT CAUSE I SURE DID.
